Jocsan Lopez brings over 15 years of real estate marketplace experience to his clientele. His extensive and successful background in finance and real estate has been key to closed over 600 transactions thus far in his career. He has been a member of the #1 team at Douglas Elliman Florida for 8 years. Fluent in two languages- English and Spanish- and well traveled, Jocsan possesses the skills to work with a variety of cultural backgrounds and affluent clientele. He has diligently expanded his market reach with clients overseas and out-of-state, successfully establishing buyers and sellers locally as well as globally. I rented an apartment for which Mr. Lopez was the listing agent, and it was a pleasure to work with him!  Mr. Lopez is very professional, knowledgable about the market and rental policies, and a great communicator.  He represented the owner of the apartment and he did a great job coordinating between the owner and myself.  I moved to Miami from out of state, so phone and email communication was critical but Mr. Lopez made the process easy.  Additionally, he served as an English/Spanish interpreter at various points as I don't speak Spanish and the building staff doesn't speak English, so that was a much appreciated service, as well.
