I rented an apartment for which Mr. Lopez was the listing agent, and it was a pleasure to work with him!  Mr. Lopez is very professional, knowledgable about the market and rental policies, and a great communicator.  He represented the owner of the apartment and he did a great job coordinating between the owner and myself.  I moved to Miami from out of state, so phone and email communication was critical but Mr. Lopez made the process easy.  Additionally, he served as an English/Spanish interpreter at various points as I don't speak Spanish and the building staff doesn't speak English, so that was a much appreciated service, as well.
